Ethereal English Tulle that floats like a dream is adorned with luminescent sequins and flower lace appliques--large at the bottom and tiny flower lace and sequins throughout and on the 21" blusher--for a magical feel. This is our softest and most luxurious English tulle, available in 5 colors as shown--lace appliques are all a diamond white color that is al amazing contrast against all the colors.

Depending on the piece, we may ask for certain measurements after you order just to make sure the garment will fit you well.
